: Director of Church AdministrationPosition Summary
The Directors of the
Ministries each provide oversight and guidance to their assigned ministries. The Directors also acts as the chief liaison between Presidents of the Ministries assigned to
them and the Director of Church Administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversees the budget development of their assigned ministries;
2. Trains new Presidents( in their assigned ministries) in their duties and responsibilities;
3. Creates an environment of team for their assigned ministry leaders;
4. Generates new ideas and innovations for their assigned ministries ;
5. Provide routine reporting to the Director of Church Administration on the goals and accomplishments of their assigned ministries;
6. Seeks effective integration of ministry activities across the various ministries;
7. Cultivates future leadership within the ministries assigned to them;
8. Ensures that the work of the ministries assigned to them is consistent with the Core Values of True Bethel Baptist Church.
