Acts as the chief liaison between the
Director of Church Administration and the group of ministerial staff. Serves as the lead on the collective activities of the ministerial staff(18)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manages the assignments of all Ministerial staff in their work at True Bethel;
2. Advises and provides guidance on the proper protocol for all ministerial staff relative to the standards set by Full Gospel ;
3. Provides supervision, coaching and evaluation of all ministerial staff;
4. Delivers and prepares an orientation for all ministerial staff;
5. Develops and communicates standards for ministerial assignments in areas such as funerals, communion etc;
6. Seeks to create a team environment among the ministerial staff at True Bethel;
7. Ensures that the ministerial staff is aware and accountable to the Core Values of True Bethel.
