Overseers of WorshipPosition Summary
The Worship Coordinators act as the liaison between
the Pastor Worship (for their assigned service) and the assigned volunteers for that worship service. The Worship Coordinators is the lead communicator to members of the team on
instructions and execution details of the assigned service.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Acts as the lead "eyes and the ears of the service" to ensure that the service flows according to plan;
2. Acts as the lead problem-solver by communicating the problem and delegating the responsibility to members of their team;
3. Takes direction from the Overseer of Worship regarding the assigned worship service;
4. Provides comprehensive and clear instructions to members of the team on their responsibilities within the service;
5. Provides clear feedback to members of the team on the service excellence and quality;
6. Facilitates a timely review of the excellence and quality standards for the service and identifies solutions and/or improvements.
